The room is new and very comfortable, the hotel has some activities like gala new year programme, cocktail events with life violin music, some animation for all in the evening and disco with different songs, also it was yoga on the beach. The room has everything you need. I love the balcony and view. Staff is polite and trying to make all the vacation super comfortable. Ramadan was cleaning our room, very nice and kind men. They bring fruits to our room and make some beautiful things with towels on our bed. Beach, sea, corals, and fish are perfect. It is located near Old Town.

We don't like the food it's very simple. Not for all. Italian cheefs are very professional, especially for pasta and pizza. Some nights, we enjoyed sea food, kabab, and bread. But for the sushi and other snacks, it's not delicious at all. It looks very yummy but has no taste. Tea,coffee, and cola very poor quality need improvement in drinks. In general, I can say this option for food can be for 4 stars hotel not for 5. Some days, animation was on only the Italian language, but we wish it could be in English too. Taxi is too expensive we have to ask, not from the hotel .

There is a place to do a snorkelling. food was good, location is excellent, clean and big rooms, internet in the room was nice, stuff is very helpful and friendly, specially Israa in the reception.

Not a big beach, very small, and not suitable for swimming, they charged us for more than the rate we were informed. also, they charged big amount for one hour late in the checkout.

Nice hotel

Clean, food was good, good location, got upgraded to the newer rooms for free which was really kind of the staff.

Staff were all lovely apart from one of the cleaners who turned quite rude after asking us to exchange some money for him which was USD and we’re from England so it was of no use to us. Food was a bit repetitive although was nice and drinks at the bars were flat

Very Good

Staff were very good. Special mentions to Muhammed on reception whom resolved an early issue with the room we had very quickly and professionally. The bar staff are great too especially Feraz in the Oriental Bar. A lovely friendly guy. Facilties are good and because there are numerous pools and bars the place never seems cramped and it is nice to be able to change your scenery if you want to. The Bella Vista restaurant is excellent as is the Spa.

Some people may find not having WIFI in the room inconvenient but the size of the site makes that very difficult to achieve. Public areas are never too far away however.

Delicious food and extremely friendly and polite staff!

No wi-fi in the room, only in the reception area and in the restaurant.

Good for beach access.

Beach view and beach access is great. However pretty small to walk on the beach. Also there are lots of fish to see just from their own beach. This hotel is great from that perspective. Reception staff are nice too. Liked the stay there in general.

The food is repettive. Not good taste. The staff over the hotel are not professional, they talk about the guests in their own language. Call them names. Unprofessional. Also I did not like that their programs, theater is introduced and during the show only Russian is being spoken. What about English for the rest of us to understand? The prise is too expensive for what you get overall. Can do better.

Great Hotel with beautiful sand and coral beach

Nice spacious room with garden (and sea) view close to all hotel facilities. Very good shallow beach and access to deep water as well, where you can see beautiful underwater world. Big variety of food, very tasty grilled meat and vegetables. Hard drinks (local alcohol) with different coctails was included. We also enjoyed the evening show program and disco at the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shuttle bus to Naama Bay was booked out 3 days in front. Loud aircondition. Taste of sweets and cakes below average.

On good way forward

First good location, Big area and Good staff I was talking during the week with other guest and we believe the can be much better if the staff can have more hospitals training and understanding that the guest are the one pays salary not the boss so the need to make sure guest are Happy Morning cafe waiting line , will be very easy to add or more machines at the main restaurant or just have other kind of cafe etc

Café machines at the main restaurant big line Food is good but need more attention to serving Way Last the was no one with mask for 6 days and only the last two days I see some of the staff with mask and when I ask the say Big boss is in visit at the hotel etc

A beautiful hotel for a pleasant stay. Beautiful beach with own coral reef. Meals do have variety.

A great hotel with a friendly staff. The beach with his own coral reef was fantastic. The room is spacious, so overall I had a wonderful vacation.

Maybe the hotel needs a little more maintenance.

great customer service. Aiman the driver was a joy from the start. He gave us a lot of advice and guidance to make sure our holiday was enjoyable. Ahmed from customer relations was also great.

The apartment that we were put in did not have WiFi. It was too far from main hotel. we should have been warned

Very nice family winter holiday

Very nice family atmosphere. Meals were very good with a wide selection. The salads, fresh vegetables were simple and not very tasty

Every evening from 2130-2400 there was a disco on the beach with very load music. The only luxury/suite accommodations with pool and sea view suffered the most. It was not possible to sleep until only after 2400.

Great place for family holiday, entertaining programs for children and adults. highly recommended!

Staff is good and attentive, kept the place intact and clean. Food is diverse and plenty.
